Insurance Payment Options

Many Ways to Pay

There are many payment options available to Dental Center patients. A number of insurance plans are accepted at many of our clinics. Check with your clinic for details.

Insurance

If you belong to an HMO or PPO or other insurance that requires pre-authorization before seeing a specialist, please obtain the authorization before appearing for your visit, even if your dentist is referring you. If pre-authorization is required by your plan, and you do not obtain it prior to your visit, you will be required to pay for your consultation up front.

Direct Payment

Patients may pay with cash, check or credit card for Dental Center services.

Denti-Cal

Denti-Cal is not accepted at this clinic.
