Dr. Sun Lim received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors in Prosthodontics. Following her training at Tufts, she successfully completed a postgraduate certificate in Prosthodontics at UCSF. During her last year of residency, Dr. Lim served as Chief Resident where she played a role in leading and enhancing the clinical and educational aspects of the program.
Dr. Lim joined the Division of Prosthodontics, Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences at the UCSF School of Dentistry, as a full-time faculty. Dr. Lim is an assistant clinical professor, dedicating herself to impart knowledge, foster clinical skills and contribute to the academic excellence of aspiring dental professionals. She teaches clinical removable prosthodontics in the predoctoral clinic and treats patients in the UCSF Dental Center Prosthodontics Faculty Practice. Dr. Lim is deeply committed in treating patients with the highest quality of care, seamlessly integrating the latest technology to ensure comfortable and personalized healthcare experiences.
