Dr. Rumpa Ganguly, BDS, DMD, MS, is a professor and director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Clinic in the Department of Orofacial Sciences, UCSF School of Dentistry.
Prior to UCSF, she had been division head of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston. She also had a private practice limited to oral and maxillofacial radiology.
Dr. Ganguly completed her specialty training in oral and maxillofacial radiology and a master of science degree in stomatology at the University of Iowa in 2009. She has been a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology since 2009. She received her BDS degree from Calcutta University, India, and a DMD degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, in 2013.
She has published in peer-reviewed journals, co-authored book chapters and provided well-received continuing education courses. Dr. Ganguly has previously served as the Councilor for Academy Affairs of the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology.
