Dr. Ambika Parti is a proud alumna of the University of Southern California (USC), where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health & Humanities. Her commitment to exploring the intersection of health and humanities laid the foundation for her future endeavors in healthcare. Continuing her academic journey at USC, Dr. Parti pursued a Master of Science in Global Medicine with a specialized focus on Business Administration.
Dr. Parti then went on to achieve a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from USC. During her dental education, she received the prestigious International College of Dentists Humanitarian Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the field. During her time at dental school, Dr. Parti distinguished herself as a dynamic leader by serving as the Class President.
After completing her DDS, she excelled in private dental practice in Los Angeles, providing high-quality dental care to her patients. Simultaneously, Dr. Parti served as a faculty member at USC, where she oversaw predoctoral clinical care at the JWCH clinic, located on Skid Row. Her commitment to teaching reflects her passion for nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Dr. Parti further enhanced her expertise by successfully completing her Graduate Certificate in Prosthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), solidifying her commitment to advanced education and specialization in the field.
Dr. Parti later joined the Division of Prosthodontics within the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry, where she serves as a full-time faculty member. In her role, she imparts her expertise by teaching clinical removable prosthodontics in the pre-doctoral clinic, while also providing exemplary patient care in the UCSF Dental Center Prosthodontic Faculty Practice.
